We’re proud to offer reliable and caring delivery across the UK, ensuring every bouquet and handmade item reaches you fresh, beautiful, and on time.
Flower Delivery
Each of our bouquets is hand-tied to order and delivered with the utmost care.
🕒 Delivery Options

Next Day Delivery (Mon–Fri)
Place your order before 2 PM for next-day delivery across most UK postcodes.
Orders placed after 2 PM will be dispatched the following working day. -
Standard Delivery (2–3 working days)
Available for non-perishable items such as handmade gifts or accessories.
Please note: Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays). Sunday delivery is not available.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to most UK addresses.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, or remote islands at this time.
Receiving Your Flowers

If the recipient isn’t home, our courier may leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Bouquets may arrive in bud to protect delicate blooms and ensure maximum freshness-they’ll open beautifully within 1–2 days.

All arrangements are packed in eco-friendly, recyclable boxes for safe transit.
Delivery Times
Deliveries typically occur between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
While we strive to meet all requested dates, exact time slots cannot be guaranteed due to courier scheduling.
During busy periods (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, Christmas) deliveries may take slightly longer.

Free Delivery on orders over £60 (UK mainland only)
All shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Handmade Knitwear & Gift Shipping
Handmade knitwear and gifts are shipped separately from flowers.

Ready-made items ship within 3–5 business days.

Custom-made pieces may take up to 4 weeks, depending on yarn availability and order queue.
You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.
Delivery Issues
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, late, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours at welcome@freshnessflowers.com with:

photos of the package and contents,

and a short description of the issue.
We’ll do everything we can to resolve the problem quickly — either with a replacement or refund.
