Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Freshness Flowers — we take great care to ensure every bouquet arrives fresh, beautiful, and on time.

Because we work with fresh, perishable flowers, we cannot accept returns in the same way as for standard retail items. However, we want every customer to be delighted with their order, so please read below to understand how we handle issues and replacements.


Damaged or poor-quality flowers

If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at welcome@freshnessflowers.com.
Include the following details:

  • Your order number,

  • A photo of the flowers and packaging,

  • A short description of the issue.

Once reviewed, we’ll be happy to offer a replacement bouquet or a full refund, depending on the situation.

We cannot issue refunds or replacements if we are notified more than 24 hours after delivery, as flowers are perishable and their condition changes naturally over time.


Incorrect orders or delivery errors

If we’ve made a mistake with your order (wrong bouquet, missing items, or incorrect address label), please email us immediately and we’ll resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund.


Change of mind

As all our bouquets are made to order with fresh stems, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once your order has been prepared or dispatched.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order  we’ll do our best to assist before the flowers are sent.


Handmade & gift items

Non-perishable products such as handmade knitwear or gifts may be returned within 14 days if unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item was faulty.


Refund process

Once we’ve reviewed your case and approved a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
