Can I order flowers for a specific date?+
Please order ahead of your preferred delivery date. Next-day delivery is available to eligible UK addresses for orders placed by 1 PM, where available. Delivery days depend on your postcode and courier availability; exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

No, same-day delivery is not available. We offer next-day delivery to eligible UK addresses for orders placed by 1 PM, where available, and standard delivery in 2–3 working days. UK Bank Holiday delivery is not available. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking details with the courier's estimated delivery time.
What areas do you deliver to?+
We deliver to most UK addresses, excluding PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and remote islands. Enter your address at checkout to see the available options and fees.
How long will my flowers stay fresh?+
With the right care, most of our fresh-cut flowers last around 5–7 days, and some varieties can stay beautiful for up to two weeks. Follow our simple flower care tips to help your bouquet bloom for as long as possible.
How should I care for my flowers?+

What if my flowers arrive damaged?+
We carefully package every bouquet to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If your flowers arrive damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours and include photos. We'll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
