Delivery Options

Next Day Delivery
Order by 1 PM for next-day delivery to eligible UK postcodes where available. Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed on the next available dispatch day. Available delivery options are shown at checkout.

Standard Delivery (2–3 working days)
Available for eligible products and postcodes as shown at checkout. Delivery days depend on your postcode and courier availability. UK Bank Holiday delivery is not available.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to most UK addresses.
Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, or remote islands at this time.

Receiving Your Flowers

If the recipient isn't home, our courier may leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Bouquets may arrive in bud to protect delicate blooms and ensure maximum freshness – they'll open beautifully within 1–2 days.
All arrangements are packed in eco-friendly, recyclable boxes for safe transit.

Delivery Times

Deliveries usually take place between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking details with the courier's estimated delivery time. Exact time slots cannot be guaranteed due to courier scheduling.
During busy periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter, or Christmas, deliveries may take slightly longer.

Next Day Delivery: £6.99
Standard Delivery: £3.55
Free Delivery on orders over £60 (UK mainland only)

All shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, late, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours at welcome@freshnessflowers.com.
Include your order number, a short description, and photos of the issue.
We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
